Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under specific circumstances as outlined below. We do not offer refunds except in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

To qualify for a return or replacement, products must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.
2. Exempted Products
The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Perishable goods, including, but not limited to, button cell batteries.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

Products that are returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must:

Provide a video recording of the unboxing process to demonstrate that the product was received damaged.

Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product to our official WhatsApp number at +91-7277798111.
Failure to provide a clear unboxing video will result in the return or replacement process being delayed or denied.
4. Return and Replacement Process
Upon receiving the unboxing video:

Our team will review the video and product condition.

If the claim is verified as valid, a replacement will be issued.

If a replacement is not possible, the product must be returned to us, and the refund process will be initiated upon receipt and inspection of the product.
The refund will only be issued after the product is returned and inspected, and the refund process may take 4-5 working days from the date of product receipt.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted in cases where a replacement is not available or feasible. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, following the receipt and verification of the returned product.
Refunds will not include shipping charges. In cases of replacement, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for returning the product.
COD Orders: Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for refunds. Customers opting for COD may receive a replacement or a product of equal value.
6. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued under the following conditions:

The product is not returned in its original condition.

Parts or components are missing.

The product is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any such partial refund will be at the discretion of our customer support team.
7. Sale or Discounted Items
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are not eligible for refunds. Such items are only eligible for replacement if defective and subject to verification.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only in cases where:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

The customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Exchanges will be processed by sending an email to contactus@chronoslights.com. Customers will be required to ship the item back to the following address:

The customer will bear the cost of return shipping for exchanges. Any shipping costs related to exchanges are non-refundable.
9. Gift Returns
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:

A gift credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
10. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
11. Legal Disclaimers

Chronos Lights reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will apply to all purchases made after the policy update.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
